So if you think sooner or later you or one of your family might have it after few years, Then it's better to do something right now. Don't wait before you get diagnosed or something. So here's a list that may help you see the signs and symptoms of Alzheimer's disease.

The very first symptoms of Alzheimer's is memory lapses- Have you ever felt that you're always looking for somethings that you know has always been there in your table. or a birthday, or something important in your list but yet you still forget?

Confused on different time and places, Have you ever felt that you were driving and you are confused which way to go, but you know that you've been passing that street for years. Or have you ever forgotten the exact time of your meeting? was it 2:00 pm or 3:00 pm? then you arrived at 3:00pm , you've found out that you were an hour late!

Experts recommends daily consumption of 400 mcg of folic acid. Or just a daily consumption of folic acid-rich foods such as Bread, pastas, green leafy vegetables, citrus fruits and dry beans.
