Sore throat's natural remedies.

When you have a sore throat, It is one of the signs that there is something going wrong internally with your body. It is one of your body's first defense lines, So you do want to make sure that you are taking care of your self during that time, and just not letting it go. Now soothing that sore throat as you know there are so many over the counter products that you can use. Even natural cough drops that can help, But there's a limit to how many times that you can take them per day. because of the some of the products that are getting in to your system.

Some things that you can do naturally at home however, is using a warm salt water gargle, and yes warm, because what's that going to do is that it's going to open the pores and allow that salt to naturally get into the system a little bit easier, and that's going to help kill any bacteria that's back there, as well as an addition to that you can use zinc lozenges or if you can make a zinc gargle as well. Can help significantly soothe that, but also instead of soothing, they're treating the actual problem.

If you just want the relief from it, If you want you may use warm tea with hone in it, and maybe a little bit of lemon can be good to health as well. The tea's that are very natural and helpful in with your sore throat are, Slippery Elm, Marshmallow and calendula with white willow bark and you can add honey with that, just don't use honey with child underage. ANd a pinch of cayenne pepper would also be nice to be added with those teas.

The health benefits of White tea.

There are just so many teas right now in the market. And i know that all of them has its own health benefits. Among all of this teas, my daughter fell in love with the green tea, I really do enjoy the original tea but she just love green tea. But she always ask me the difference of the green tea and the white tea. She tried the white tea and she said that she thinks that white tea is now her favorite, so, what exactly is white tea and its health benefits?

White tea gets its designation from the fine, silvery white hairs found in the unopened buds of the camellia sinensis plant. White tea leaves have a striking appearance.

Largely produced in China and deeply revered during the Song Dynasty that flourished from the 900s to the 1200s, white tea possesses a light, delicate, slightly sweet flavor that sharpens the senses without overwhelming the tongue. White tea may have lower levels of caffeine than green tea.

Some of white tea health benefits are as follows:

  • White Tea may help prevent heart ailments.
  • White Tea can fight stroke by reducing the accumulation of cholesterol in the bloodstream.
  • White Tea can lower blood pressure and improve the function of the arteries.
  • White Tea may help fight cancer by attacking the free radicals that inflict damage in the cellular level.
  • White Tea promotes strong bones.
  • White Tea contains high amounts of anti-bacterial and anti-viral agents thereby promoting general well-being.
  • White Tea promotes healthy teeth and gums.
  • White Tea helps in protecting the skin from damage and may even reverse some of the damage wrought by free radicals.
  • White Tea may reduce blood sugar and help alleviate the symptoms of diabetes.

We may all have different tastes when it comes to tea, but you could always try new ones and you might find it very beneficial to you.

Tea party?! When is the best time to drink tea?

Tea. Whether it's green tea, black tea, white tea, red tea, name it i like it. I got this habit of drinking all sorts of health drinks, fruit juices, coffee, tea, milk etc. from my grand father. I admire him for having a healthy body and maintain it for such a long time. Even if he already passed away. He left our world not young. But very old and wise.

There are so many benefits of tea. but when is the best time to take it? My grandpa used to tell me that the best time to take tea is in the morning. It will help you boost your metabolism. It will also help you to feel better when your sick.

I still think that you can drink tea anytime you want but it depends on what type of tea you drink, Most green teas has caffeine, so if you'll love this type and like to drink a lot in the evening, you may want to drink less in the evening. but i think it would be ok to drink tea anytime of the day. If the tea is decaf then maybe a cup or two in the middle of night won't hurt your eyes. but if you love sweetened tea, A cup in the morning may be good for you but not too much at night.

So for all those who are not sure what time to drink tea, You may want to check what type of tea are you drinking and you can adjust from there. And you can host your own tea party. Have a great tea time!

Healthy food and exercise? People are doing anything just to look young feel young or just to extend their live. There are three things you shouldn't take for granted and you never know it might just add up more years to your life without actually knowing it.

1.Drink tea for a longer life-Green tea has long been touted for its high levels of antioxidants and other healthy nutrients; now a large study shows that drinking a couple of cups of the beverage daily might actually extend your life. Researchers tracked some 40,000 Japanese men and women for up to 11 years and found out that those who drank warm green tea daily had lower death rates than those who didn't.

2. Work out, stay sharp. - Exercise not only keeps your body trim , It can also keep your brain young. Starting in your 40's mental functioning naturally drops off, making it harder to remember phone numbers, for example, or to multi task. But aerobic exercise for three hours a week can slow the decline.

3. Think positive- Everybody has different problems and worries that make us think think and think not knowing that we are actually stressing ourselves, Try to think positive in everything you do. be happy! Healthy body can never be healthy without healthy mind.
