For many years now, Losing few pounds and shredding those unwanted fat have been one of the main goals for many, the dilemma of many people. And this is not just a problem in the United States but all over the world as well. This weigh-loss issues are really not new to us, many of us cannot resist taking carbs, fast foods, in short..... un healthy diet.

With this kind of problem at hand, we try to seek for answers that will satisfy our needs. And yes most people tend to try almost evrything, weight loss programs, weight loss medications, and or even of course visited many weight loss clinics But we all still need to remember that not all of these methods of losing weight, can deliver us the results that we want, or can be effective as they claim to be. It varies to different people. It is still a case to case basis.

Now, because some are not satisfied with the mentioned weight loss procedures, weight loss experts have strived to give people the best answer. Alright, there are serious threat that brought by cosmetic surgery, such as failure of body organs, some infections,blood clot, hemorrhage and yes these could be fatal and may lead to death.. Now, the technique used in weight loss surgery known as laparoscopic technique rarely cause death to patients so no need to worry that much.

• erosion and or prolapsed of gastric band • Complications after a gastric bypass operation such as hemorrhage, obstructions in the intestines, internal hernias, marginal ulcers, etc.

• failure to achieve the weight loss goal/ result , and weight regain after the surgery can also be big risks.

One main factor that you have to look after is the clinic, is it a reputable one? great percentage of successful surgeries,.Professional and experienced surgeons The important thing is that you look for a reputable clinic. You can ask out some known clients that the clinic have regarding the kind of services that it has. Try to find out about the success rate of the clinic when it comes to surgical procedures. It is also a must that you check for the background of the surgeon who will perform your weight loss surgery. Better yet, gather as many information as you can on their surgeons and choose who you think is the best among them.

    thankyou for sharing the information in this post, i would like to add that although yes alot of people have tried everything else leaving surgery there last resort, but several questions come to mind as I think about this... Did they really try everything? did they really try? I now some people have so yes perhaps weight loss surgery is there last option so if that is the case I wish you all the best and hope you get the results you want. Thanks for reading my reply...

    yeah some good points there I have seen in many cases, and hear alot that there is no one magic bullet in losing weight, sometimes it helps doing a couple of different programs and then testing and measuring your results to see if it's worth sticking with or not.. This may seem like abit of work, money and time but my answer to that is if you want to lose weight bad enough you will do what ever it takes. Also having the right mindset is important...
